Causes

The Watchdog service periodically checks for hung threads and the number of in-flight tasks. If anything abnormal is detected, e.g. a thread hang condition or the number of in-flight tasks exceeds the limit, the Watchdog will invoke the error handling callback function of the offending component. If it fails, this event will be logged.

Resolutions

Check the log file /nas/log/nas_log.al.mgmtd for Watchdog callback failure messages.
