Causes

Automatic extension of the file system failed because the available storage pool space could not be determined.

Resolutions

Check the current storage pool type configuration of the file system. Then check to see if you can query the parameters for that storage pool, and that there is sufficient space available for file system extension. If you need further assistance, contact your Authorized Service Provider.
