Causes

Automatic extension of the file system failed because its volume ID could not be determined.

Resolutions

Using the data in the event, check if the file system configuration information is correct and the file system is available. Look for other system events that indicate a temporary environment issue that might be causing commands failure. If you need further assistance, contact your Authorized Service Provider.
