Causes

The password information is not available for login to the Fibre Channel switch identified in the event posting.

Resolutions

Check that you have all the information needed for allowing successful contact with the Fibre Channel switch that the back storage system is connected through. It is necessary to have an IP address, username, and password to log into the switch and complete this operation. Retry the command being careful to specify all of this information in the process.
