Causes

This event indicates that the Network Block Service (NBS) devices necessary for NAS operations on the Control Station are not present. This is typcially the location of all of the NAS software and without them no NAS services can start.

Resolutions

First check the internal network connections between the Control Station and the Data Movers. If that is correct, check that the Data Movers are all running, and reboot the Data Movers as necessary. If the problem persists, escalate this through your NAS service representative.
