Causes

The Control Station slot is stuck in unexpected status code. The slot does not appear to have booted correctly. It is not showing normal status. The slot will be rebooted.

Resolutions

Examine /var/log/messages on both Control Stations to discover the cause of the CS boot failure. This may be caused by a number of issues including backend connectivity issues or intermittent hardware problems. Replace the CS if it will not boot normally.
