Causes

The Data Mover slot is stuck in unexpected status code. The slot does not appear to have booted correctly. It is not showing normal status. The slot will be rebooted and failed over if possible.

Resolutions

Examine server_log and DART serial console files (/var/log/ctap* files in NS) to discover the cause of the Data Mover boot failure. This may be caused by a number of issues including backend connectivity issues or intermittent hardware problems. Replace the slot if it will not boot normally.
