Causes

This event indicates electrical problems with the Comm Board that is used to detect and collect the status of cabinet hardware components. This alarm indicates problems with the hardware that multiplexes the CD-ROM and VGA/Keyboard or with the CD-ROM.

Resolutions

Check the cables that connect the CD-ROM and VGA/Keyboard. Make sure the CD-ROM is seated correctly. Replace CD-ROM if it does not work.
