Causes

The Control Station is not able to communicate with the given Data Mover over the network management interface.

Resolutions

This is not a network connectivity issue. It is a problem with the administrative interface between the Control Station and the Data Mover (DM). The DM may have problems starting services that are needed to support the administrative interface. Check the server_log and server configuration. This is a software issue and no hardware changes are needed.
