Causes

The BoxMonitor is not able to change the status code on the Data Mover to indicate that the Data Mover is being monitored (reason code 5, "contacted" state).

Resolutions

This could be an indication of software issue in DART. DART XML or MAC interface is failing to respond to the Control Station. Look in the /nas/log/cmd_err files for server_config error message. Report the software issue. Rebooting DART may help.
