CS_PLATFORM - LogCollect

VNXEvent11144 (Rule)

{0}

Knowledge Base article:

Causes

The log collection script only partially finished because there is not enough disk space available in the directory to accommodate the files being collected by the script. Just removing all the older log collection files from the system will not free enough disk space.

Resolutions

If the log collection file is being saved to the default directory of /nas/var/emcsupport, ensure that the only files in /nas/var/emcsupport are support_materials_*. If the log collection file is being saved to a non-default location using the TMPDIR environmental variable, clean up any files that are not part of normal Control Station operation from that partition, or reset the materials collection directory to the default using the export TMPDIR=/nas/var/emcsupport command.
