This monitor tracks the Veeam Agent Backup Job status.

The monitor is enabled by default. You can override the following parameters:

Due to high load on the Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows, a job may sometimes be reported to be finished before it changes its state. Note. The JobFinishWaitInSeconds value must always be lower than the TimeoutSeconds parameter value. |
Note: If you have configured several overrides of the same type, select the Enforced check box for an override that should have priority over all other overrides.
A Veeam Agent Backup Job may fail for various reasons, for example, due to failure to access files because of incorrect permissions or because of some issue with the disk.
Backup jobs can be restarted if automatic job retry is not disabled. In this case, the monitor will change its state to 'Warning' and wait for the result of another attempt. When there are no retries left, or automatic job retry is disabled, check the error message provided by the Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows.
Check the error message reported by the Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows. If there is no direct indication about the issue, check Veeam Online Knowledge Base for possible solutions. If there is still no relevant information, please submit a support ticket with detailed information about the issue and backup log files. It is recommended that you send the whole content of the log folders to ensure that overall and comprehensive information is provided to the support team.
