Veeam Backup WAN Accelerator Connection Status Monitor
Veeam Backup & Replication server lost connection to the WAN accelerator.
Veeam Backup & Replication may lose connection to the WAN accelerator due to one of the following reasons: failure of the network cable, disconnection of the cable, failure of the physical network card, WAN accelerator services failure, firewall issues, WAN accelerator power state.
Backup server tracks component versions, so that backup jobs can be correctly processed by all components of WAN Accelerator. In case of old or outdated component on the proxy, the backup server will indicate failure for such connection.
Verify that WAN accelerator is accessible by Veeam Backup & Replication server. Check firewall settings on the WAN accelerator and make sure Veeam WAN accelerator services are up and running, and have latest version of all components.
Check the reason of connection failure for a specific component in the alert text.
