Summary

This monitor tracks the vCenter Alarm 'Expired Virtual SAN time-limited license'.

Causes

This alarm will fire in vCenter, using triggers defined via the vSphere Client.

By default, this alarm is triggered by the following events:

com.vmware.license.vsan.SubscriptionLicenseExpiredEvent

alarm_status(red)

Evaluation Virtual SAN license expired.

Resolutions

Assign a new license to the Virtual SAN cluster. For more information on managing licenses, see the ESXi and vCenter Server 6.0 Documentation.

Note: This alarm doesnot resolve be default; go to the vSphere Client and clear the alarm manually.
