Summary

This monitor tracks the Virtual SAN Health Alarm 'Software version compatibility'.

Causes

The purpose of the Software version compatibility check is to ensure that the ESXi software version is compatible with the Virtual SAN disk format version used in the vSAN cluster. If the check fails, this means that one or more hosts in the cluster have software compatibility issues.
