Summary

This monitor tracks the Virtual SAN Health Alarm 'Stats DB object conflicts check'.

Causes

Virtual SAN performance service collects performance statistics on the Virtual SAN environment and stores these statistics in the Stats DB object. After a cluster merge, multiple Stats DB object instances may be found for the vSAN cluster. The Stats DB object conflicts check verifies whether such instances exist and displays their directories.

Resolutions

To avoid Stats DB object conflicts, you will need to remove all useless Stats DB object instances with outdated performance data, or rename, download and back up the instances that are still useful.
