Summary

The IMAP server was unable to connect to the storage server.

Causes

The Enterprise Vault server may be inaccessible, or the Storage service is not running. Alternatively, there could be network issues.

Resolutions

Ensure that Enterprise Vault server is reachable and that the Storage service is running.
