The Compliance Sampling process cannot access the Compliance Accelerator customer database.
The Compliance Accelerator customer database may not be configured correctly, or may not be accessible. Alternatively, the Vault Service account may not have permissions to access the customer database.
Ensure that the database is correctly configured in the Accelerator Manager website and is online and accessible to the Vault Service account.
