Summary

The Enterprise Vault server failed to access a file on the NetApp server using the privileged data access channel.

Causes

The CIFS session may not be valid.

Resolutions

Enterprise Vault will attempt to recover automatically. If the problem persists, restart the Enterprise Vault Admin service.
