Summary

There has not been a mailbox synchronization with the named Exchange Server for a while.

Causes

Exchange Server is inaccessible or the synchronization task has not been run for a while.

Resolutions

There has not been a mailbox synchronization with the named Exchange Server for a while. This means that the Enterprise Vault does not have up-to-date details of the mailboxes.

Example symptoms: New mailboxes cannot be enabled for archiving; Outlook may show incorrect menu options and buttons.

Expand the Provisioning task's schedule so that it has more processing time.
