Check the license feature activation period start and end dates shown in the license information report that was logged as an Information event log entry by the Enterprise Vault Admin Service during start up. If the license feature has expired then contact your license supplier to obtain a new valid Enterprise Vault license file for licensing this feature. To install the new license, copy the license file to the Enterprise Vault program folder (usually C:\Program Files\Enterprise Vault) and then restart the Enterprise Vault Admin Service.
