Resolutions

On startup each Archiving, Journaling, and Public Folder task tries to communicate with the Exchange Server to see if the Exchange Directory Service exists.

Try to start manually the task that failed.

If this problem is repeated, try staggering the time at which tasks are started. This will require a manual start for some tasks.

If the problem persists, contact support.
