Summary

Archiving is not available because storage queue is closed.

Causes

Storage queue is closed.

Resolutions

The storage queue is in the 'Closed' state. Archiving cannot continue until the storage queue is open.

In the Administration Console, open the properties of the Storage service, click the Storage Queue tab, and set Queue Status to 'Open'.
