Summary
Windows System Resource Manager (WSRM) encountered an error while setting a Resource Allocation Policy as the managing/profiling policy. As a result, the resource allocation settings in the policy will not be applied.
 
Causes
System might be low on resources.
 
Resolutions
Check the event description in the event log for more information and/or try applying the policy again. If the problem still persists, contact the WSRM administrator.

The resource allocation policy %1 could not be set as the managing/profiling policy.
