Description
Multiple fan modules have failed.
Causes
For proper cooling of the system, all fans must work properly. There might not be any backup fans for redundancy.
Implications
The fans help keep the temperature constant. If the fan or fans are not working, the enclosure temperature can rise. If the enclosure temperature keeps rising, the system might shut down.
Resolutions
Look in the event log to determine which fan modules have failed and replace those fan modules.
