Knowledge Article: ID B00022005: Primary MM primary file system failed.

Causes

The BIST checks which file system is used.

Implications

Using the secondary file system instead of the primary file system generates this event.

Resolutions

Perform these steps:

  1. Update the firmware for the advanced management module. After updating the firmware, restart the advanced management module.
  2. Generate a manual call home using Service Advisor to replace the advanced management module.
