Description

The USB mass storage emulation for the advanced management module failed during the built-in self-test (BIST).

Causes

The primary management module performs the built-in self-test (BIST) that checks the USB mass storage emulation. If the USB mass storage emulation test results in an error, the test fails.

Implications

The failure generates this event.

Resolutions

Perform these steps:

  1. Restart the advanced management module.
  2. Update the firmware for the advanced management module. After updating the firmware, restart the advanced management module.
  3. Replace the advanced management module.
