Description
The USB keyboard/mouse firmware update on the primary advanced management module has failed because the advanced management module could not access the firmware storage.
Causes
The management module attempts communication with the USB keyboard/mouse, but fails to read the firmware.
Implications
The failure generates this event.
Resolutions
Verify that the keyboard and mouse are functioning correctly (either the remote keyboard and mouse, or the keyboard and mouse that are attached to the advanced management module). If the keyboard and mouse are functioning correctly, no action is required.
