Description

The communication between the advanced management module and the service processor on the blade server has failed.

Causes

The service processor cannot load the firmware.

Implications

The management module generates this event.

Resolutions

Perform these steps:

  1. Reseat the blade server.
  2. Update the service processor firmware for the blade server to the latest level.
You can update the hard disk driver to the lastest version. If the driver does not work, it is possibly a blade hardware problem. You can replace the hard disk drive with a good one.
