Description

The specified blade server has an uncorrectable memory bus or system bus error.

Causes

The blade detects uncorrectable memory bus or system bus error.

Implications

The management module generates this event.

Resolutions

If the call home to IBM was successful, you can expect a service call for this event. In the meantime, perform these steps:

1. Flash (update if applicable) the firmware for the baseboard management controller (BMC) service processor, the BIOS, and the firmware for the advanced management module.
2. Reseat the memory DIMMs and any expansion card options.
3. (Trained service technician only.) Replace the system board.
