Description

Two different types of input power sources (such as 110V and 220V) are present in the same chassis. All power modules must be powered by the same input voltage.

Causes

The management module detects that power modules with different power capacities are installed in the chassis.

Implications

A power module failure because of an AC input mismatch generates this event.

Resolutions

Verify that all power modules are plugged into the same type of input power voltage. All power modules must be using either 110V or 220V.
