Description
Not enough cooling capacity exists to power on the specified storage module. This typically occurs because the power module in the power module bay directly behind the specified storage module is either not installed or has failed.
Causes
For the system to have sufficient cooling, all fans must be working properly and power modules installed.
Implications
For a storage module to power on, you must have a functioning power module installed behind the storage module. You could have a functioning power module, but the fans in the power module have failed.
