Description

The standby (redundant) chassis management module real-time clock failed during built-in self test (BIST).

Causes

The advanced management module BIST detects that the standby management module real-time clock device descriptor cannot be opened or that the descriptor is not functional.

Implications

The failure generates this event.

Resolutions

Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Replace the battery in the standby CMM.
  2. Replace the standby CMM.
