Description

Ethernet port 0 on the standby Chassis Management Module has failed.

Causes

The standby management module performs the built-in self test (BIST) that checks the ethernet logical register. If the test results in an error, the test fails.

Implications

The failure generates this event.

Resolutions

Perform these steps:

  1. Replace the standby Chassis Management Module.
