Description

The system-management processor for node %s communication to the CMM is offline.

Causes

The specified node is not responding to the Chassis Management Module (CMM) on the node-management bus.

Implications

The node operating system and devices might be working, but there is no monitoring capability from the CMM.

Resolutions

Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Reset the CMM.
  2. Perform a service-level reset of the node.
  3. Replace the system board in the node.
