Description
Hot air has been detected exiting the rear of the chassis and being recirculated to the air inlet at the front of the chassis.
Causes
For the system to have sufficient cooling, check the chassis for missing devices, and make sure that those bays contain fillers.
Implications
Replace any failed fan modules.
