Resolutions

Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Attempt a service hard reset of the node.
  2. If more than one node is having this problem, reset a single CMM or fail over the CMM to the standby CMM in a dual CMM system.
  3. Attempt a service-level virtual reseat of the node. Warning this will cause a power cycle of the node.
  4. Replace the system board on the node.
