This Operating System running on the server either hung or rebooted.
Causes
This alert is generated when the operating system locks up and no longer responds. Subsequently, a system restart (reboot) begins. The alert is supported on servers with Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI).
Implications
This alert should be discussed at the earliest opportunity.
