Summary

If configured, each time the node enters the Passive state (and before any replication takes place), Microsoft Forefront Server Security CCR Replication service creates a backup of the files to be replicated.  The service successfully backed up a file.

 
Causes

The configuration specified this behavior.

 
Resolutions

If this behavior is not desired, change the configuration.
