This counter shows the total number of LDAP errors that have occurred during Communicator Web Access directory search operations.
If LDAP errors are occurring frequently, there may be connectivity issues between the Communicator Web Access server and the Active Directory server.
Ensure that an Active Directory server is available and that the Communicator Web Access can connect to it.
