Fault Detail | Description |
Fault Code | F1687 |
Fault Description | SAS Expander controller 1 link speed changed with LSI RAID Controller of server board 2: reseat or replace the RAID controller of server board 2. |
Explanation | The LSI controller on the server board is connected to SAS expander over multiple SAS Links (6G or 12G). If any of these links are down you will get this fault. The reasons could be flaky SAS link between LSI controller and SAS Expander ( cause: defective LSI controller, defective chassis) |
If you see this fault, take the following actions:
Step 1 Replace the corresponding Server Board
