Fault Detail | Description |
Fault Code | F0637 |
Fault Description | Power capping failed: System shutdown is initiated by Node Manager |
Explanation | This fault indicates the assigned power-cap value is not maintained and host shutdown is intiated as a power-cap fail exception action if the set exception action is shutdown. |
If you see this fault, take the following actions:
Step 1 First disable the corresponding power-profile in the Power Cap Configuration page and power On the Host.
Step 2 Try increasing the power-cap value in the power-cap-profile page for which the shutdown action is configured.
Step 3 Also try reducing the load on the Host if the assigned power-cap value needs to be maintained irrespective of host performance impact.
