Nutanix Alert A1149 - Failover Cluster Node Addition Failure
Highly-available virtual machines cannot be provisioned on the host.
Host could not be added to the failover cluster possibly because of incorrect logon account credential or other incompatabilities.
Ensure that the the domain account credential specified is valid and the configuration of the host supports joining the failover cluster.
