The IPMI interface is down.
There is a network connectivity issue.
The hypervisor password does not match what is configured in the cluster.
The cluster did not correctly fail back after a Controller VM was temporarily down.
Ensure that the IPMI interface is functioning.
Ensure that physical networking, VLANs, and virtual switches are configured correctly.
Ensure that the hypervisor password configured in the cluster matches the actual hypervisor password.
If the alert persists, contact Nutanix support.
