SMART FPT exceeded

Causes

A disk on the specified controller has received a SMART alert (predictive failure) indicating that the disk is likely to fail in the near future.

Cause	Resolutions
SMART FPT exceeded for arg1.	Replace the disk that has received the SMART alert. If the physical disk is a member of a non-redundant virtual disk, then back up the data before replacing the disk. Removing a physical disk that is included in a non-redundant virtual disk causes the virtual disk to fail and may cause data loss.
