Causes

This alert is for informational purposes. Storage Management is unable to determine whether the system has the minimum required versions of the RAID controller drivers.

Resolutions

Unable to determine whether the system has the minimum required versions of the RAID controller drivers and firmware.

See the Readme file on the installation media for driver and firmware requirements. If Storage Services experiences performance problems, make sure that minimum supported versions of the drivers and firmware are installed. For a list of correct driver and firmware versions, contact the service provider.

Resolutions

See the Readme file for driver and firmware requirements. In particular, if Storage Management experiences performance problems, you should verify that you have the minimum supported versions of the drivers and firmware installed.
