Summary

The controller battery is degraded.

Causes

The controller battery charge is weak.

Cause	Resolutions
Battery on arg1 is degraded.	If the battery is being charged, then charging the battery should be stopped until the battery cools down and charging should be resumed. If this is not case, then some other condition exists and should be investigated.

Resolutions

As the charge weakens, the charger should automatically recharge the battery. If the battery has reached its recharge limit, replace the battery pack. Monitor the battery to make sure that it recharges successfully. If the battery does not recharge, replace the battery pack.
