Causes

Redundancy (fan or power supply) has generated warning alert. Probable causes and corresponding resolutions for this condition are:

Resolutions

Fan redundancy is degraded.

Remove and re-install failed fans or install additional fans.

Power supply redundancy is degraded.

Check the event log for power supply failures. Review system configuration and power consumption.
