Dell OMSA Voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable value

DellProPack.UnitMonitor.Voltage_sensor_detected_a_non_recoverable_value (UnitMonitor)

Knowledge Base article:

Summary

Voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable value.

Causes

A voltage sensor in the specified system detected an error from which it cannot recover. The sensor location, chassis location, previous state, and voltage sensor value are provided.

Cause

Resolutions

The Voltage sensor has failed.

Do one of the following to resolve the issue: 1) Verify the Embedded System Management (ESM) Log for any sensor related faults. If there is a failed sensor, replace the system board. 2) Re-configure the system to a minimum configuration, and verify if the sensor displays a normal value, otherwise replace the system board. 3) If the sensor identified is a processor voltage sensor, remove the processor module and inspect processor socket, and replace if required. If the issue persists, contact your service provider.

Resolutions

A Critical message refers to a significant event that indicates actual or imminent loss of data or loss of function. Change the environment, such as cooling or power as appropriate, or replace the failed component.
