Fujitsu PRIMERGY PRO power supply system critical

Fujitsu.PRIMERGY.PRO.PowerSupplySystemCritical (UnitMonitor)

Knowledge Base article:

Summary

Power supply system critical

Causes

The power supply status has become critical because the temperature in power supply is critical, --- or there is a fan failure in the power supply, --- or the power supply voltage is too low or too high.

Resolutions

Fujitsu recommends to migrate all virtual machines to another host(s). This is the default behavior when you press "Implement" in the VMM PRO Tip window. If you have overridden the default behavior in SCOM please refer to your customized settings for the behavior of the "Implement" button. --- Further Resolutions: 1) Verify whether the AC connectors are fully plugged into all installed power supply units. 2) Verify that your power provider did not have any interruptions. 3) Check whether all power cables are correctly connected to the motherboard connectors. 4) Replace defective power supply. 5) If problem persists call your local Fujitsu Helpdesk.
